We are excited about our Nufoot products and want to make sure that you love your Nufoot purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Nufoot product, we’ll gladly take it back in its original, unworn condition with the receipt and within 30 days of shipment arrival. Please be sure that the plastic thread connecting the shoes is intact. If you are unsure about sizing, please try on the shoes without cutting the plastic thread.

Nufoot will reply to your email with RMA number and return shipping address.
Package your return products with RMA number clearly labeled on box. We will only accept returns of original, unworn products with original UPC labels.
Nufoot does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt. Nufoot is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Once we’ve inspected your return and determined it to be in its original, unworn condition and within 30 day return period, we will issue your refund. Your refund should appear in your account’s next billing cycle.
Worn products found to be defective may also be returned within 30 days of shipment arrival. Please email email@example.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
We will not accept returns or exchanges for certain items under any circumstances, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Any "Final Sale" items as marked on the Website.
If you received your item(s) from Company as a gift from a friend or relative who placed the order through our Website, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return or exchange.
